RHONY‘s Jill Zarin and her boyfriend Gary Brody are facing legal trouble.
Noah Springer is suing Jill, Gary, and GNG Enterprises, claiming he invested $500K in 2022 in exchange for a 25% stake in a company called Pickle Pro Labs, LLC.
Per TMZ, Springer says he was also promised a $5K monthly salary while he worked with the company to develop a machine called the “Go-No-Go.”
Around May 2024, Springer claims the payments stopped.
He also alleges that around that same time, Jill and Gary founded GNG Enterprises without his knowledge.
Springer further claims they’ve been selling the Go-No-Go — a product he says was “conceived, engineered, researched, funded, and developed” by Pickle Pro Labs — using company resources.
According to the lawsuit, Jill and Gary were not authorized to sell the machine under the GNG banner but allegedly did so anyway without permission.
Springer is suing for damages and is seeking an injunction to block Jill and Gary from diverting Pickle Pro’s money and business opportunities to GNG.
