Details from Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein‘s prenup have been revealed!
Page Six obtained the document that was agreed upon prior to Lisa marrying the ‘Boob God,’ Lenny Hochstein.
The home:
“As part of their bitter divorce battle, the famed plastic surgeon shared their entire prenup to prove the now-estranged couple had agreed for the RHOM star to move out of their marital home within 30 days upon the decision to file for divorce.”
In other words, Lisa should have moved out of the home already, considering the news of their split broke in May of 2022.
The financial settlement:
The doc states that should the marriage last 10 or more years, Lenny must pay Lisa $1.5 million … they were married for 13 years.
For each year after the decade mark, Lenny will pay an additional $200,000.
Additionally, “Lenny should pay Lisa $10,000 per month in temporary support — if, and only if, she ‘accepts’ the divorce petition and doesn’t challenge it, which is not the case.”
The prenup also declared “Lenny would contribute ‘a minimum’ of $2,000 per year to Lisa’s retirement fund. Additionally, Lenny agreed to give Lisa $1,000 per week to ‘spend as she sees fit.'”
Although Lisa’s allowance ended when Lenny officially filed for divorce, all gifts and jewelry she received remain Lisa’s property.
The Bravolebrity is fighting to invalidate the prenup so her cheating husband forks out more for Lisa and their kids.
Their assets:
Lisa was unemployed when she married Lenny. “She entered into the prenup with $317,068 in total assets, which included her $110,000 engagement ring.”
Lenny, on the other hand, had close to $16 million in assets when he married Lisa and signed the prenup.
