According to the Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Kelly Dodd, she and her husband Rick Leventhal have contracted Lyme disease.
Kelly made it Instagram official:
The controversial OC housewife’s posted, “We tested positive for Lyme disease,” to her IG stories.
The newlyweds didn’t convey a clear diagnosis, so here is a transcription for you to interpret for yourself.
Rick began to explain, “One out of thirteen…”
Kelly interrupted, “Well, I’ve never had zero.”
Finishing his thought, Rick added, “…categories.”
Disrupting her husband again, Kelly declared, “I’ve never been in contact with a tick in my life.”
Rick announced that he’s had Lyme disease twice. “Pills cure it. Hopefully, I don’t have it now…” while gazing at a pill sandwiched between his fingers.
Before Rick could finish his sentence, Kelly interrupted “Well, mine said positive.” (The Fox News reporter proceeded to take the pill.)
Clear as mud:
So, do they have Lyme disease? Does Kelly have it, but not Rick? If Kelly never came in contact with a tick, how did she get Lyme?
