Erika Jayne‘s husband, Tom Girardi, has officially been disbarred.

If you do a simple google search, you will see Tom labeled a “former attorney.”

Thankfully, ‘Badass Lawyer‘ @theemilydbaker took to her Instagram page to break down the latest in Tom’s legal woes.
