The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rachel Zoe dished on the cosmetic work and products she uses to maintain her youthful, SoCal glow.
In an interview on Molly Sims’ Lipstick on the Rim podcast, Rachel responded to questions about how she looks so similar to her age in when she appeared on The Rachel Zoe Project years ago.
Major Laser:
While RZ didn’t explicitly mention getting any plastic surgery, she said, “I love Nurse Jamie. She’s the best.”
“She does all the newest lasers, [has] this new thing from Korea, and the tightening. I do all of it.”
Rachel couldn’t give specifics, though. “I didn’t know what she did. She does everything. I’ll just close my eyes and she’ll just laser and tighten [my skin].”
RZ’s daily routine:
The stylist-turned-designer’s day starts with a “30-second shower.”
“I will put on some Barbara Sturm products. I use the exfoliating pads that have the perfect little slot for my hands to … make my skin soft.”
Before starting her makeup routine, Rachel is sure to “pound” hydrating products into her face. “There’s a lot of hydrating. That’s really what I use the most of,” she said, explaining she loves serums and hyaluronic acid.
When it comes to her morning and nighttime rituals, Rachel shared that she “wishes” she had more than she does. “I am running, I am racing upstairs. I’ll clean my skin off. I’ll [use] some good eye patches while I’m [on] a call. I wash my hair twice a week. I’m the lowest maintenance beauty person.”
“But I do care about skin more than anything.” Before going to bed, Rachel applies “seven layers” of anti-aging serums, lotions, and more. “But it’ll [only] take me five minutes.”
ICYMI Rachel’s smile journey …
RZ opened up about her mouth’s “makeover” via Instagram in June 2024.
“I need a little refresher on my teeth. I’m excited but I’m nervous,” she said in the episode. “It’s really a confidence thing, and I’m so excited to feel more confident in my smile.”
Rachel added that she’s “excited to smile more” with her veneers. “I don’t think I realized how badly I wanted to do this until I actually did it. The best accessory to having great style is having a great smile!”
