The following Bravolebrities have had run-ins with the law … some before their time as reality TV stars, while others found trouble after their newfound celebrity.

Real Housewives of Orange County
Gina Kirschenheiter
Gina’s mugshot from her 2019 DUI arrest is not public. In California, police booking photos of individuals arrested for most misdemeanors and non-violent crimes are generally not legally released to the public or media due to state privacy laws.
She was pulled over for a traffic violation and arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. The arrest occurred in the early hours of January 31, 2019. In July 2019, she pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor DUI counts. She was sentenced to three years of informal probation, 20 hours of community service, and a standard first-offender alcohol education program.
Shannon Beador
Like Gina’s, Shannon’s mugshot has not been made public. Following her September 2023 arrest for a DUI and hit-and-run in Newport Beach, California, local law enforcement cited and released her without taking a booking photo to be circulated.
On September 16, 2023, Shannon was arrested after speeding through a residential area, clipping a home with her vehicle, and attempting to flee the scene. Her BAC registered at .24%, which is three times the legal limit. She was booked and later charged with two misdemeanors: driving under the influence of alcohol and a hit-and-run.
In November 2023, she was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, 40 hours of community service, and a nine-month alcohol management program.
Real Housewives of New York
Sonja Morgan
The official Sonja Morgan mugshot was taken by the Southampton Village Police Department following her arrest for driving while intoxicated (DWI) on May 31, 2010.
Police pulled over the Real Housewives of New York City star at 2:16 a.m. after she allegedly ran a stop sign while driving a 2006 BMW. She was charged with a misdemeanor DWI, driving without a fastened seatbelt, failure to keep right, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Sonja pleaded not guilty and was released on her own recognizance. She later joked on Fox 5 about the situation, famously stating, “I think the mug shot says it all.”
Luann de Lesseps
Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach early Sunday morning on December 24, 2017.
She was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and corruption by threat against a public servant. Found by Security, Lu was in a hotel room with an unnamed man. The room was not registered to either of them.
After refusing to leave, she locked herself in the bathroom. Later, she shoved an officer, and later slipped out of her handcuffs in the police vehicle while making verbal threats.
Tinsley Mortimer
Tinsley Mortimer was arrested on April 9, 2016, in Palm Beach, Florida. Her highly publicized, stone-faced mugshot went viral. Notice her signature false eyelashes, a slay.
Police responded to a call regarding an “unwanted guest” at the residence of her ex-boyfriend, Alexander “Nico” Fanjul.
Officers found Tins crying and screaming outside, claiming she was only trying to retrieve her purse. She had previously been given a formal trespass warning for the same property. Booked under her legal name, Tinsley Randolph Mercer, the socialite was booked for trespassing, which is a misdemeanor.
Jules Wainstein
The former Real Housewives of New York City star was charged with domestic battery. Police reports state the arrest stemmed from a dispute during a child custody exchange with her estranged husband, Michael Wainstein, in a Publix parking lot in Boca Raton, Florida.
Leah McSweeney
At age 20, McSweeney witnessed police clearing a crowd and hitting her date outside the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. She threw a half-empty plastic water bottle in the direction of the altercation, which struck an officer in the back. An officer punched her in the face, knocking her into the sidewalk grid and breaking her front teeth. She was cuffed and detained, resulting in her mugshot. Leah was never officially charged in connection with the incident.
Real Housewives of Atlanta
NeNe Leakes
NeNe Leakes’ mugshots stem from a series of arrests in the early 1990s, long before her rise to fame. At age 25, under her birth name Linnethia Johnson, Leakes was arrested in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia.
Over the following two years, she was arrested three additional times, resulting in subsequent mugshots. Nene capitalized on the moment by launching a line of apparel through her Swagg Boutique.
The clothing line featured her original 1992 mugshot alongside the slogan “From Mugshots to Millions” to emphasize her transformation, personal growth, and financial success.
Porsha Williams
RHOA’s Porsha Williams has multiple booking photos on file stemming from several widely publicized legal incidents. Her most notable mugshots and the reasons for her arrests include April 2014’s incident. Porsha turned herself in after an arrest warrant was issued for misdemeanor simple battery.
This followed a highly publicized physical altercation with Kenya Moore during the taping of the RHOA season 6 reunion special. This photo went viral online because Williams appeared heavily glammed up, sporting full makeup, stylized hair, and pink lipstick.
In December 2014, Porsha was pulled over for speeding, reportedly going 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. Upon running her information, the officer discovered she was operating the vehicle on a suspended license, resulting in her arrest and a brief booking.
Porsha was arrested in Louisville, Kentucky, in July 20202 alongside 86 other demonstrators while participating in a peaceful justice protest for Breonna Taylor outside the home of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron.
The following month, Porsha was booked a second time in Louisville for blocking a highway during a subsequent peaceful demonstration for the same cause.
Marlo Hampton
With a total of seven mugshots from her past legal troubles, Marlo Hampton owned her past mistakes. Rather than hiding from them, she has publicly embraced her history. Marlo even posted six of her own mugshots on Instagram to inspire others by showing how she completely turned her life around.
Shereé Whitfield
The reality star has stated that her booking photo from a past arrest (dating back to her youth) was successfully expunged from public records.
Shereé acknowledged these arrests, but clarified that they occurred when she was a rebellious teen nearly 40 years ago, and the records for these offenses were later expunged.
Real Housewives of New Jersey
Teresa Giudice
An official Teresa Giudice mugshot does not exist. The mugshot was never publicly released or taken by federal authorities during her 2014 fraud case.
While the RHONJ star served 11 months, federal law enforcement agencies generally do not publicly release inmate mugshots.
Tre was sentenced on October 2, 2014, for charges of mail, wire, bank, and bankruptcy fraud. She served 11 months.
Danielle Staub
Danielle Staub’s mugshot originates from her June 1986 arrest in Miami, Florida, when she was operating under her birth name, Beverly Ann Merrill.
Arrested by federal authorities following a botched cocaine deal and a drug-related kidnapping and extortion plot, authorities recovered six kilograms of cocaine and $16,000 in cash during the bust.
Danielle was originally indicted on eight felony counts, including narcotics conspiracy, extortion, and kidnapping. She negotiated a plea deal. She pleaded guilty to a single count of extortion and was sentenced to five years of probation.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Kim Richards
Following her arrests in 2015, one for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Hotel and another for shoplifting at a Target store, police agencies involved did not release any booking photographs to the public.
Brandi Glanville
Brandi Glanville’s mugshot from her 2010 driving under the influence (DUI) arrest is not a widely published photograph.
In October 2010, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was pulled over by police on Sunset Boulevard. She failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) with a blood alcohol level above 0.08%.
Brandi publicly apologized for the incident and later entered a plea of no contest to the charges in April 2011.
Real Housewives of Miami
Lisa Hochstein
Lisa’s mugshot was officially released on April 15, 2026, after Bravolebrity voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement in Miami, Florida.
She faced a felony count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. The state alleged that during her highly contentious 2023 divorce, Lisa planted a secret recording device in a Mercedes-Benz belonging to her ex-husband, prominent plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein. Authorities stated that 98 audio recordings were ultimately recovered from the hidden device.
After completing the pre-arranged booking process and posing for the viral mugshot, she was released on her own recognizance later that same afternoon. Upon leaving the facility, she jokingly reviewed the jail experience to reporters as “five stars.”
Marysol Patton
The mugshot of RHOM star Marysol Patton stems from her January 2010 arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
Miami Police pulled over Patton for operating a vehicle while impaired.
She ultimately avoided jail time by striking a deal with prosecutors. Marysol pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of reckless driving. As part of the resolution, she paid a $1,000 fine and $581 in court costs.
Ana Quincoces Rodriguez
Ana was arrested for driving with a suspended license. According to report accounts shared by the former RHOM star, she had a minor verbal disagreement at an on-and-off boyfriend’s house.
Police responded, noticed her driver’s license was expired/suspended, and instructed her not to drive. She drove away regardless and was subsequently pulled over and booked. She was sentenced to 15 hours of community service.
Real Housewives of Potomac
Karen Huger
No official mugshot of Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger has been publicly released by law enforcement.
In March 2024, Huger was arrested in Potomac, Maryland, after crossing a median and crashing her Maserati into a street sign and a tree. Later that year, police released extensive body camera footage from the scene. The video captured Huger visibly intoxicated, slurring her words, refusing a breathalyzer, and asking officers, “Do you know who I am?”
In late December 2024, a jury found her guilty on multiple counts, including driving under the influence (DUI), driving while impaired (DWI), and negligent driving.
Wendy Osefo
Dr. Wendy Osefo made headlines when her mugshot, which featured a noticeably wide smile and smirk, went viral following her felony fraud arrest. She and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested and faced 16 charges related to an allegedly staged $450,000 home burglary and insurance claim.
The couple was booked into the Carroll County Detention Center and later released on bond (Wendy on $50,000 and Eddie on $150,000). They returned home and stated that they are looking forward to their day in court.
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
Jen Shah
You cannot find an official government mugshot Jen Shah because she was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the NYPD. The Department of Homeland Security does not routinely release booking photos to the public.
Jen pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud regarding a nationwide telemarketing scheme. Following several sentence reductions for good behavior, she was released from federal prison on December 10, 2025, after serving 33 months behind bars.
She is currently finishing the remainder of her sentence under community confinement overseen by federal authorities.
Monica Garcia
Monica Garcia, a former cast member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC), personally released her own mugshot via her official Instagram account.
In December 2023, amidst online rumors and efforts by critics to “expose” her past, Garcia proactively shared the booking photo. She clarified that the arrest stemmed from a $100 traffic violation that had inadvertently triggered an outstanding warrant.
