Southern Charm New Orleans alum, Reagan Charleston, admitted to lying to self-produce a storyline on the short-lived Bravo TV show.
The former wife of New Orleans Saints Super Bowl champion, Jeff Charleston, disclosed “The pregnancy test from season one was a gag.”
She continued, “We sent somebody out to get the pregnancy test. We had all been to dinner a couple of nights before we filmed the finale party.”
“I’d probably get in so much trouble for saying this, but we just didn’t have anything to talk about. Nothing was going on,” divulged the mother of two with soon-to-be-ex-husband, Reece Thomas.
“I was still not not ready to talk about the real issues going on in our relationship and we thought it would be funny to pull this stunt.”
The SCNO cast went along with it:
“Everybody knew about it. We had dinner as a cast and talked about it.”
“That’s when I found out that Jeff was a really good actor.”
“It was really unfortunate when I ultimately left him and I wanted to file for divorce, but I was under pressure from one of our producers.”
