Cynthia Bailey‘s ex-husband, Peter Thomas, confirmed the rumor that he signed on to Ex-Husbands of Atlanta, which is Todd Tucker’s new reality project.
In an interview with Michelle Brown, Peter not only announced his involvement in Todd’s show, he also validated the project. This isn’t just another “scheme that Todd set up.”
The ex-husbands are reuniting:
Despite past disagreements, Peter respects Todd’s hustle. Plus, Cynthia’s ex thinks he’s necessary for the show. “I knew I’d signed on. It didn’t make no sense without me. It didn’t make no sense without PJ Thomas, baby.”
The series — tentatively titled “Ex-Husbands of Atlanta” — will feature other notable former RHOA spouses, including Apollo Nida (formerly married to Phaedra Parks) and Kroy Biermann (whose estranged wife is Kim Zolciak). Talks are reportedly underway with Simon Guobadia (Porsha Williams’ ex), whose potential addition could bring legal drama and controversy to the mix.
The show aims to spotlight the men’s post-divorce lives, dating experiences, and personal challenges.
According to Peter, the show would provide a platform for the men to share their perspectives on life after RHOA, since many have never had the chance to tell their side. He feels reality TV portrayed the Atlanta husbands negatively, specifically Black men.
Todd’s plan:
The project aligns with Todd Tucker’s reported plan to launch his own streaming network, which he hopes will host multiple new shows.
Peter praised both Todd and Kandi Burruss for their entrepreneurial skills and their knack for monetizing controversy.
