The Valley‘s Michelle Saniei and Jesse Lally filed documents informing the court that the divorce deal had been executed by both parties, as per reports from US Weekly.
The legal deets:
The filing stated, “The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement.”
The deal involves child support being paid for their daughter, Isabella, who was born in 2020. The amount has not been disclosed.
Per the agreement, the exes agreed not to request spousal support from the other. The judge has yet to sign off on the deal, but Michelle and Jesse are at the precipice of being officially divorced.
Jesse and Michelle are ready to move on:
“Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce,” explained Jesse.
“We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other, and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”
Michelle is “grateful” that an agreement was made.
“We can both start a new chapter in our lives. Our number one priority has always been Isabella. We’ll continue to co-parent to be the best parents for her.”
