After seven seasons, Margaret Josephs is officially exiting The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Marge took to Instagram first thing Tuesday morning to announce her departure.
“I have to tell you something that may come as a little surprise to you, but not for me,” she began in a video posted on March 24.
“I am moving on from The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
Margaret revealed she has been discussing the decision with the network and Andy Cohen since December of last year.
“I think the timing is right. A lot of things have changed in my life,” Marge continued.
The former RHONJ star filmed her announcement from a tropical location, teasing that she is currently on set working on an upcoming project.
“This will not be the last you guys see of me on television. That is not a threat, it’s a promise,” Margaret added.

ICYMI:
Casting news surrounding the beloved Jersey franchise has been at a standstill for months.
Season 14, which aired in 2024, felt like the final nail in the coffin, with the cast split right down the middle and no clear path forward.
Margaret’s announcement could signal that Bravo is finally making progress on what Season 15 might look like… or that a major shakeup is still underway.
Either way, the Garden State is clearly in transition.
