Real Housewives of New York alum Luann de Lesseps may have called Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer‘s collab with Bethenny Frankel a “cash grab,” she doesn’t blame them to seizing an opportunity for a paycheck.
Evan Real and Danny Murphy from Page Six chatted with Luann about her Sonja and Ramona’s ad with B, despite her complicated relationship with the SkinnyGirl Founder.
Girl Code:
As Real Housewives of New York stars know, Luann wants everyone to “be cool – don’t be all uncool,” so she was glad her friends/co-stars of E!‘s The Golden Life make some extra money.
“Good for them. I think they needed a little cash, so perfect,” Lu said of the French skincare brand RoC’s x RHONY collab. “It’s a cash grab. What do you want?”
Luann made it clear that Ramonja can be friends with whomever they like. “They can have their relationship. They can be friends with whoever they want.”
“I’m not the snatch guard anymore. I’m not telling them what to do.”
The former Countess, who tours with the title singing cabaret, was aware of her friends’ project with B, which took them to Paris. “They went very quickly and they came back very quickly. We have our own show to do,” plugged Lu for The Golden Life.
Lu is booked and busy …
When discussing Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, Luann mentioned fans will see her zip-line into an epic musical performance. Evan and Danny asked if she’d rather zip-line again or book a brand deal with Bethenny. Lu joked, “Oh girl, give me a zip-line any day. So I can zip on out of there!”
I saw Countess Luann perform at LA Pride’s Outloud Festival, and Luann sang about how she’s ready to get back to reality … TV.
