Lo Bosworth is officially a girl mom!
“🎀 our girl Nelle is here 🎀,” The Hills alum shared on Instagram Thursday evening.
Last summer, Lo announced that she and her husband Dom Natale were not only married, but also expecting their first child together.
Baby girl had plans of her own and arrived two weeks early.
“She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time,” Lo wrote.
Baby Nelle is named after her Oma and is already “so loved.”

Lo has been incredibly open about her years long fertility journey, which included three egg retrievals, a diagnosis of endometriosis, and successful IVF treatment.
In February 2025, she penned a powerful Substack essay about “freezing time,” writing:
“Freezing my eggs at 33 was about controlling the unknown. Doing it at 35 was about safeguarding against loneliness. At 38, it was about giving myself — and my future family — the best possible chance.”
She continued:
“And in doing so, I proved to myself that while time may move forward, I was always capable of meeting it where I stood.”
“Three times, I froze time. And three times, I walked away stronger.”
