You better believe Lisa Rinna is going to talk about it – and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum wants you to know her Weekend at Bernie’s-adjacent theory about Senator Mitch McConnell.
“Mitch McConnell is dead. He’s dead,” declared Rinna on TikTok. “They’re keeping him alive like Weekend at Bernie’s.”
Rinna expressed her theory more than three weeks after the 84-year-old Senator from Kentucky was rushed to the hospital after experiencing a medical emergency.
While McConnell’s team has remained vague, rumors have been swirling that he may be in a coma, brain-dead, or deceased. “Kentuckians have grown increasingly concerned about the current state of your health and wellbeing, and ability to hold office in the United States Senate,” wrote Kentucky governor Andy Beshear.
On July 13th, McConnell’s office shared with TIME and other media, as well as social media channels, a statement from McConnell and a photo of him sitting with his wife, former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, while holding what appears to be the Sunday Washington Post newspaper.
