Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his fiancé, Katharina Nahlik, ended their engagement. Lenny told Page Six that the couple chose to continue on different paths. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”
Lenny confirms the rumored split:
The Miami-based plastic surgeon known as the “boob god” his former fiancé “nothing but the best.” Lenny, who is still technically married to Real Housewives of Miami‘s Lisa Hochstein, shared that he is “proud of her growth as a woman.”
“I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.” He added he “will be forever grateful for the time [they] spent together.”
Lenny proposed to the model in July 2023 while visiting Ibiza, Spain. They dated for a year, all while married to the mother of his two children.

Cheating Lenny’s girlfriend, Katharina, posted a romantic video with a younger man, proving yet again … Karma is a queen.
The identity of Lenny’s sidepiece’s sidepiece remains a mystery. He wasn’t tagged in the video, but it’s evident he is MUCH YOUNGER than Lenny.
The caption boasted, “You jump, I jump. They say all we need in life might just be a little … push. 😇” Also, the lyrics of the song Katharina used in her post are “Excuse me. Have you seen my boyfriend?”
