Kyle Cooke is clearing the air on those Meghan King rumors.
Before his DJ set at Vulture’s Reality Master Minds red carpet, the Summer House star was asked by journalist Adam Glyn about being spotted hanging out with RHOC alum Meghan King.
“That was like, blown out of proportion,” Kyle said on May 7.
“She’s an amazing lady. Like, I just met her that night.”
Kyle admitted he didn’t even realize Meghan had been on The Real Housewives of Orange County when they met, but the two still ended up spending most of the evening together.
According to Kyle, the vibe was more “trauma bonding” than romantic — with Meghan opening up about her custody battle with ex-husband Jim Edmonds while Kyle reflected on his separation from Amanda Batula.
Additionally, Kyle also addressed the internet debate over whether he was standing on his tippy toes.
Per Kyle, it was simply the camera angle mixed with baggy pants creating an optical illusion.
Though, he did point out Meghan is tall.
As of now, Kyle says he’s still single.
ICYMI: Meghan joined RHOC while married to former MLB player and sports commentator Jim Edmonds.
The pair split after five years of marriage and share three children together — daughter Aspen and twin sons Hart and Hayes.
Most recently, Meghan was married to Cuffe Biden Owens, the nephew of former President Joe Biden.
The two tied the knot in October 2021 after only weeks of dating, but separated just two months later.
Their marriage was later annulled in 2022.
