Andy Cohen asked Kristin whether there was “overlap” when she hooked up with Craig and he started dating the former Summer House star.
The E! personality clarified that she “politely excused” herself from Craig’s life when she “caught wind” he was dating Paige.
“There was a picture of Craig and Paige in New York. I’ll never forget it. It looked like they were sort of together. That was the first time anyone had seen them. That was the first time I had heard about it.”
“I saw that picture, and I texted him and I said, ‘Hey, let’s just be friends.’”

Craig and KCav’s situationship began in 2020 following her divorce from Jay Cutler. They “became romantic for two seconds.” The Laguna Beach/The Hills alum also became close with Austen Kroll at the time.
Kristen denied dating either. “These two guys [whom] I have been linked to for the past year are my friends. That’s it. It’s possible for a grown woman to be friends with a grown man.”
In 2023, however, she admitted on WWHL that she “may have been drunk one night and kissed Craig,” who was dating Paige, but didn’t tell his girlfriend about the smooch.
