Kelli Potter is still smiling after suffering a scary water sports injury.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed on Oct. 12 that she broke two bones after a head-on collision while riding in a “jet ski car” in the Bahamas.
“Yesterday was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced,” Kelli captioned a photo set from the hospital, which also showed off her new pink cast.
“A gentleman took @who_is_jarvis and me for a ride in a ‘jet ski car.’ During the ride, the steering failed, and we crashed head-on FULL SPEED into the reefs. I literally saw my life flash before my eyes.”
The reality star is now back home and recovering after breaking two bones in the crash.
Kelli also tagged the water sports company involved and encouraged them to “do the right thing” following the accident.
ICYMI: The Atlanta star was with her partner, Jarvis, in the Bahamas when the accident happened.
We “met” Jarvis, which is an alias, during RHOA Season 17.
Viewers learned the couple uses the name “Jarvis” as a way to protect Kelli amid the tumultuous fallout with her ex-husband.
Thankfully, Kelli is back home, smiling and on the mend after what sounds like an absolutely terrifying experience.
