Former Real Housewives of Potomac star, Katie Rost, is taking the ultimate step in self-care. After an unfortunate relapse, Katie is getting treatment for addiction.
The RHOP alum took to social media to share, “The reason I’m at NIH [National Institute of Health] is for alcohol use disorder.”
Katie admitted, “I have been here before. I was here about a year ago – did really well for a long period of time and then had some stressors in my life this past month.”
Unfortunately, “Things got out of control and [Katie] started drinking again.”
“I also went off my medication so that caused some problems.”
“With the help of friends and family I got back to NIH. It is a rehabilitation program. They also do studies. I’m not doing a study. I’m getting rehab.”
“I’m doing great. I’m out of withdrawl.”
“Things are looking good,” added the erstwhile Bravo TV personality.
