The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Grammy-winning songwriter, and business mogul Kandi Burruss is heading back to Broadway!
Kandi joins the hit pop musical “& Juliet” as Angélique for a limited run from December 11, 2025, through March 8, 2026.
Fans may remember that Kandi made her Broadway debut in Chicago back in 2018, but her theater experience runs deep.
From childhood musical performances to producing powerhouse productions like The Piano Lesson, The Wiz, and Othello.
As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Kandi’s music résumé speaks for itself — she’s penned chart-toppers like Destiny’s Child’s “Bills, Bills, Bills,” TLC’s “No Scrubs,” and Ariana Grande’s “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored.”
In an exclusive shared by Playbill, Kandi gushed:
“I could not be more thrilled to return to the Broadway stage in this incredible musical. As a songwriter myself, I am such a fan of Max Martin’s genius mind, and to get to come back to Broadway in this joyful musical that celebrates his catalog is a dream come true.”

About the Show:
& Juliet flips Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet on its head, asking — what if Juliet didn’t die?
