Jeff Lewis feels “vindicated” after watching what Brynn Whitfield tried to pull on the Real Housewives of New York season 15 finale.
The Flipping Out alum joined Vicki Gunvalson and Christian Gray Snow on the My Friend My Soulmate My Podcast to discuss Jeff’s low-key role on RHONY this season.
Brynn involved Jeff in one of her misinterpretations:
“I was brought into this particular season for something that I said,” last year. Jeff asked Vicki and Christian, “Do you know what I said from the very beginning, again, because no one else was mentioning it? … What do you do for a living? What do you do?” to Brynn.
“But, again, this is what Brynn does. She will misinterpret what you say,” Jeff continued. “She recreates the narrative; she puts words in my mouth; she said that I said something that I did not say. Then, she gets everyone rallied up to believe it.”
โSo, I asked simple question, ‘What do you do for a living?’ And since nobody was saying anything, I said, ‘I believe she’s being supplemented.'”
Jeff detailed the power that a comment made on WWHL holds:
“Now, and I said this on Watch What Happens Live, that can mean a lot of things … [Brynn] could be dating someone, long-term, who is helping out financially. She could have a family member that’s helping her out financially. There’s a lot of connotations to that.”
However, Jeff noted, “It doesn’t mean you’re a prostitute. There was no point in time that I ever said she was a sex worker. That’s what Brynn went around saying. ‘Jeff Lewis called me a sex worker. Lewis said that I had sex for money.’ That is not what I said.”
Jeff felt “vindicated” when watching the season 15 RHONY reunion. “People saw her for who she is. She is a flat-out liar.”
“I don’t believe anything she says. Nothing.”
