Jax Taylor, Tom Schwartz, and Jesse Lally gave their candid thoughts about Jax’s ex, Brittany Cartwright, hooking up with his friend (while they were separated) on The Valley After Show.
Boy talk:
“I could sit there and be mad at Brittany,” began Jax. “I could sit there and be mad at Julian [Sensley]. But, the reason why she did this is because I pushed her away.”
Jesse thinks Britt did this “to Jax” because she knew how he would react to Brittany hooking up with his friend. “It’s like payback. She could have picked anyone else” to hook up with, and she chose Julian.
Tom Schwartz chimed in to defend Brittany. He doesn’t think Brittany would hook up with Julian out of “spite” towards Jax. Well, “Not consciously. Maybe subconsciously.”
Jesse didn’t stop there. He believes “any hurt woman could consciously make that decision. ‘What is going to hurt him the most?’ I don’t know if Brittany would do it or not, but it seems like Brittany could have literally posted a story that said, ‘I’m single and I want to go out on a date tonight.’ She could have chosen 800,000 that would DM her back.”
Jax is still processing what happened. “I still have a hard time trying to figure out who to blame in that situation. Then, when I went to therapy, the person I need to blame is myself.”
