Former Selling Sunset star, Heather El Moussa, was approached by Bravo TV to join the Real Housewives of Orange County cast.
From Netflix to HGTV to Bravo?
In an interview with Us Weekly, the high end real estate agent, who now works alongside her husband, HGTV superstar, Tarik El Moussa, admitted to being sought after by another network.
Heather explained, “Well, you know, they may have reached out to me and I’m just too busy right now.” While joining the RHOC would actually make sense – Heather El Moussa is friends with Heather Dubrow and Gretchen Rossi – the timing just isn’t right.

After several spicy seasons of being in the middle of the crossfire between Christine Quinn and Chrishell Stause on Selling Sunset, Heather is over the chaos. “I love being able to film with my husband and be drama-free. Selling Sunset was a lot for me, so it’s nice to be able to just enjoy what I’m doing.”

There may be a source of organic drama between Heather and HGTV star, Christina Hall. For context, Christina used to be married to Heather’s husband, Tarek. They even starred on HGTV’s juggernaut show, Flip Or Flop together.
Speaking of Flip or Flop, Heather and Tarek were slated to compete against Christina and her husband, Josh Hall, on a spinoff called The Flip Off, in which the couples would face off flipping houses. But, Christina and Josh are getting divorced. Christina will compete against Tarek and Heather on her own.
Never say never:
Although Tarek enjoys having Heather on HGTV alongside him, he’s open to her possibly crossing over to the Real Housewives franchise in the future.
But, “You just never know,” teased Tarek.
