Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘s Erika Jayne Girardi is not out of the woods just yet…
Even though the charges against the controversial Bravolebrity were dropped in Illinois, the state of California will refile a new complaint against Erika, as per Attorney Jay Edelson.
Podcast host Ryan Bailey shared a quote from the popular attorney teasing that Erika Jayne knew of her estranged husband’s [Tom Girardi‘s] crimes.
“The new complaint we are going to file will be fairly explosive. We have now gotten information from Bravo through the case, as well as evidence from the Bankruptcy Trustee. We feel very confident that we will be able to prove to a jury that Erika knew about Tom’s fraud and directly benefitted from it.”
