Returning Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards saved her rescue dogs from the house of horrors that Aaron Phypers lived in (without paying rent) since the beginning of 2025.
Denise and her dogs:
Denise F*cking Richards returned to her marital home with multiple moving trucks over the weekend as per photos published by Page Six.
Four movers helped Denise retrieve her furniture, and 15 dogs, out of the Calabasas rental where the Drop Dead Gorgeous actress filmed Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
ICYMI, Aaron also defended putting Denise’s dog, Melanie, down without permission. “Denise hasn’t interacted with the animals in two years.”
Court approved:
Denise was granted the right to retrieve her things from the residence without violating her restraining order in a Sept. 8 hearing. Her dad, Irv Richards, helped put his daughter’s pets in crates to transfer to a different location.
Aaron accused Denise of “hoarding” in the upstairs area of the Calabasas home. The tabloid was told that the movers wore face masks while working due to dust and a strong smell.
Denise and Aaron have been navigating their contentious divorce court battle since July.
Aaron continues to deny Denise’s claims of DV:
Denise alleged her ex “frequently” and “aggressively” abused her, which he has denied, despite Denise submitting photos to the court.
The court ordered a temporary restraining order against Aaron, which was extended due to Denise’s ex retaining a new lawyer.
Us Weekly reported that Denise was going to use the video of Aaron crushing her hand in court, which was seen on RHOBH.
In court, Denise will use a videotape and transcript from a 2020 episode of RHOBH. The specific scene has Aaron telling Denise, “Don’t tell me what to say, or I’m going to crush your f*cking hand. Stop it.”
The scene from season 10 came after Denise tried to protect him, “Baby, don’t say a f*cking word. We’re on camera.”
