The messy AF split of Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers got even worse when the returning Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tried to get her dog from where Aaron is staying amid their divorce.
TMZ obtained video of Denise speaking with a police officer outside the home where Aaron is residing.
Denise F*cking Richards was spotted talking to police officers after “she unexpectedly showed up at her estranged husband’s house despite having a restraining order against him.”
The Drop Dead Gorgeous actress arrived at the Calabasas home where her ex is living with his parents and brother to pick up her dog. “Phypers’ elderly mother appeared shaken up, as she was seen hugging her son.”
TMZ reported that no arrests were made. Authorities concluded “no crime had been committed.”

Denise’s attorney, Brett Berman, denied any wrongdoing on the reality star’s part. She did not violate the restraining order.
“Ms. Richards entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”
However, a source close to Aaron called the allegation “100 percent, absolutely false.”
Allegations as to what went down:
An insider told TMZ that Denise was “banging on the back door before Phypers’ parents let her inside. She then allegedly started screaming at them to leave the house.”
They said the Wild Things actress “put her finger in the faces of Phypers’ parents and attempted to hit Phypers’ brother.”
Denise also “allegedly threw mail at her brother-in-law.”
It was reported that Aaron left the property once Denise arrived. He worried he would get in trouble for violating the restraining order Denise got against him.
