Denise ‘F*cking’ Richards plans to use footage of her estranged husband hurting her on camera as part of her plea for a permanent restraining order against him.
The Drop Dead Gorgeous actress accused Aaron of abuse during their marriage, not just this disturbing scene from RHOBH.
In court, Denise will use a videotape and transcript from a 2020 episode of RHOBH. The specific scene has Aaron telling Denise, “Don’t tell me what to say, or I’m going to crush your f*cking hand. Stop it.”
The scene from season 10 came after Denise tried to protect him, “Baby, don’t say a f*cking word. We’re on camera.”
Andy Cohen asked Denise about what really happened during the scene in question during the RHOBH reunion. “He was going to crush my hand,” Denise confirmed.
“I played it for him. He said, ‘I don’t even remember saying that. I don’t know why I would say that, because I’m afraid of you.’”
According to the court filing, Denise plans to use several photos and text messages to back up her claims. She will present a photo from March 26, 2020, of a bruise she received when he “pulled her off a chair by her legs.”
Another piece of evidence includes a June 2023 photo that Denise claims shows bruises on her arm on a red carpet.
Also, the alleged texts being submitted include a message Denise sent to Aaron’s mom in January 2023 about the alleged abuse.
Aaron adamantly denies her claims of abuse. He’s maintained that he never touched her.
