Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Denise Richards requested Aaron Phypers and his mother to testify in court regarding her abuse claims against her estranged husband.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Denise wants Aaron and Patricia Phypers to prove why the temporary restraining order the court ruled against Aaron should be permanent.

Denise submitted her witness list to the court. On her list are both Aaron and Patricia Phypers.
Denise “expects Patricia to spend an hour on the witness stand” confirming the conversations they had regarding Aaron’s abuse.
In the docs, Denise says she expects her own testimony to last around six hours and she says she expects Aaron to testify for about four hours.
The hearing is set for Monday … and it’s shaping up to be an explosive day in court.
Aaron isn’t afraid:
A source told the tabloid Aaron was confident facing Denise in court.
“Why wouldn’t [Aaron] testify? He’s got nothing to hide. [Aaron] never laid a hand on [Denise].
“She’s a liar.”
“[Aaron] filed for divorce on July 7, 2025, after Denise’s repeated promises of ending her alleged yearlong affair.”
