Returning Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Denise Richards was seen with a nasty black eye and a lacerated chin after trying to get her dog from her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers’ possession.
TMZ posted photos of the Drop Dead Gorgeous actress’ injuries.
The injuries:
Denise Richards was photographed running errands in Calabasas. Her black eye was prominent, even with the shade of her baseball cap.
In what I feel to be irresponsible reporting from TMZ, they alluded to Denise faking the injury for sympathy. They reported, “Denise Richards has a pretty nasty bruise under her eye and a cut on her chin days after she showed up to her estranged husband’s place unannounced.”
The tabloid described this as “interesting.” They noted that Denise “used a photo of a black eye to get a restraining order against him, and as far as we know, he hasn’t been near her since.”
However, sources close to Denise told the tabloid, “It’s just lighting and shadow giving the appearance of a black eye. She had micro-needling and a PRP injection.” Ok, but why the giant cut under her chin?!?!

Just days ago, the Wild Things actress went to Aaron’s house to get one of her dogs. TMZ obtained video of Denise speaking with a police officer outside the home where Aaron is residing.
Allegedly, Aaron called authorities on Denise. She has a temporary restraining order against him, and he didn’t want to be guilty of violating the TRO. For the record, “no arrests were made [as] authorities concluded ‘no crime had been committed’” by the RHOBH personality.

Denise’s attorney, Brett Berman, denied any wrongdoing on the reality star’s part. She did not violate the restraining order by going to the home where Aaron is residing.
“Ms. Richards entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”
However, a source close to Aaron called the allegation “100 percent, absolutely false.”
