Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Dumontet was arrested in early March following a domestic violence incident involving his wife and child. The LAPD confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Christian has “been booked on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly harming a toddler with a glass bottle.”
“Officers arrived at the scene after responding to a domestic dispute in Hollywood Hills on March 19 at approximately 2pm” after there was domestic violence against Christine and her son.
“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” a public information officer alleged in a statement. The child was subsequently transported to the ER in an ambulance, with Christine at his side after the domestic violence episode.
Christine received an emergency protective order which lasted for 7 days. TMZ confirmed that Christine and “Christian’s 2-year-old son was transported to the hospital Tuesday via ambulance” after the DV matter. Allegedly, there was a verbal argument that escalated to Christian throwing a bag with glass in it at her. “The bag missed Christine, but struck their young child, a 2-year-old.”
