Chanel Ayan is not holding back when it comes to Phaedra Parks’ fashion choices … and neither is Kenya Moore!
Bravo recently unveiled the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 reunion looks — and they’ve already sparked major conversation.
The assignment:
This year’s theme, inspired by the cast trip to Grenada, leaned into golden tones, island glamour, and goddess energy.
Phaedra Parks arrived in a dramatic gold gown by Le Thanh Hoa, aiming to channel the essence of Grenada’s rich culture.
According to the RHOA star, the look was all about strength and grace. “Grenada’s culture radiates a natural beauty that is both timeless and commanding,” Phaedra said.
“I sought to embody that essence: a princess warrior wrapped in a sarong, exuding the poise of a goddess. It is a tribute to strength through elegance, and tradition woven into modern expression.”

Phaedra’s fellow Real Housewives weren’t impressed.
For one, Chanel Ayan felt so strongly about the lewk that she took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her unfiltered thoughts.
“Who did that to Phaedra? Just asking like what was the purpose of it? Babe this is SO tacky – I’m not being mean today, just looking out for you!”
Most recently, Kenya Moore popped off at Phaedra’s choice of reunion look. “She was a fairy.”
“I know it was carnival, it was yellow or gold. Don’t be an actual fairy. The headpiece, the long, blonde hair, the appliques on the breasts … I am talking about Phaedra.”
“Nothing personal, but this is a steaming hot smoking mess. I don’t know if she thought ‘carnival’ was a fairy carnival, but she was a fairy. She missed the mark. Whether you love her, we don’t care. Just talking about the fashion.”
