Captain Lee Rosbach announced he was not asked to return for the eleventh season of Below Deck.

Mirror.co.uk reported Capt. Lee’s “health issues” were the catalyst for getting replaced by Below Deck Adventure‘s Captain Kerry Titheradge on Bravo TV‘s popular reality show.

“I did not quit. I did not retire. I was just not invited back. I guess I can see their point of view. They really couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone on how my health was.”

Don’t write Capt. Lee off just yet…

Bravo’s ‘boat daddy’ is still in contract with the network. “We came to an agreement, and I’m going to be doing some things for them in the next year.”

Captain Lee would be willing to return for BD season 12 if the opportunity presents itself.

“I imagine they are going to see what happens with Season 11, with somebody new trying to take over for me, see how they do. If it’s too expensive for them, we’ll see what happens. If the numbers take a tank, would I go back? Yeah.”
