Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Bronwyn Newport discussed the rumors that she’s romantically linked to Secret Lives of Mormon Wives‘ Chase McWhorter and Summer House alum West Wilson.
During an interview on Hulu‘s Get Real podcast with her close friend/Project Runway mentor Christian Siriano, Bronwyn shut down rumors of flings with the reality TV players.
Host Amanda Hirsh brought up Chase McWhorter, who has persistently slipped into Bronwyn’s DMs. “He’s cute.” Bronwyn continued, “He has his own whole thing. He wears nail polish and cool clothes. Chase has an allure to him.”
The RHOSLC star made it clear, “I didn’t say I didn’t [like him]. He is like the Utah bicycle, though,” as he’s dated/hooked up with so many of the stars of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
Amanda asked what Chase’s vibe was in his pursuit of Bronwyn. “It wasn’t a vibe,” explained the fashionista. “He was pretty outspoken. It was direct.”
Despite Bronwyn’s rejections, Chase “continues to try.” She thinks Chase is “a lot of fun,” but she’s not looking to get involved in drama on another Utah-based reality show. “But I think he’s so funny and so cute.”
In regard to the chatter about her and Summer House alum West Wilson, she said the chatter “was grossly overblown.”
Christian asked if West was cute, but Bronwyn responded with more pertinent information. “He may be a village bicycle of sorts.”
“I’m in a place where I’m open and flirty with everybody. I think he was very flattered that maybe I was hitting on him, and I didn’t see it that way.”
