Real Housewives of New York alum Bethenny Frankel took time from drone hunting to review Meredith Marks‘ caviar line.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star sells three varieties of caviar on her website, MeredithMarks.com which range from $69/oz-$89/oz. You can taste all three for $149!
Bethenny noted that she purchased Meredith’s caviar. It wasn’t gifted.
The review:
“Meredith Marks’s caviar,” began the Real Housewives star turned TikToker. “So many of you in my comments told me to try it. I’ve only seen Salt Lake once. I think I know which woman she is.”
Bethenny showed off the packaging Meredith Marks’ caviar came in. B opened a black pouch (the pouch gave Crown Royal vibes). Then, she pulled out three small round jars of caviar.
She groaned, “I’m not even in the mood for caviar right now, but the Lord’s work is the Lord’s work. Let’s try Kaluga.”
“It’s got very big pearls, like bulbous.” Bethenny proceeded to taste Meredith’s 24k Kaluga caviar ($79). “Excellent. Like, literally. excellent. Wow. Shocked. Not shocked that it’s good. It’s salt balls, and I like salt. Shocked because there’s a difference in caviar, and this is superb.”
Bethenny moved on to Meredith’s Platinum White Sturgeon ($69). “Wow. Nice.” Again, she mentioned the size of the pearls and how Mere’s brand is “less black.”
Woefully, the former RHONY star announced she had to “open up some other caviar to compare. Dammit.”
Meredith Marks’ “Diamond Ossetra ($89). This is super fancy. I find that her caviar balls are bigger. It’s very creamy and nice.”
Cracking into another brand’s jar of caviar, B disclaimed that she was tasting a less expensive brand than Meredith’s. “Their pearls seem smaller.”
“Meredith’s overall is very rich, creamy, very elite. Expensive.”
“It seems the other brand is a little sharper. It’s definitely different, and that’s what’s wild. There is definitely a difference in caviar.”
B joked, “Perfect that she’s from Salt Lake, cuz she’s a salty bitch.”
