Austen Kroll is officially Team Salley in Salley Carson’s latest social media feud with Taylor Ann Green.
Even though Taylor is no longer filming Southern Charm, she clearly hasn’t retired her opinions.
The former cast member jumped into a TikTok comment section after viewers compared her “pick me” personality to Salley’s.
Taylor did not take the comparison well and used the moment to imply Salley was unfaithful while filming season 11.
Salley didn’t let that one slide. She fired back on Instagram Stories, shutting down the accusation and warning Taylor to “shut her mouth” before she started dropping receipts.
Enter Austen.
The Southern Charm staple told Page Six he didn’t want to go after Taylor, but admitted he’s confused about why she’s choosing this moment to “go in on Salley now.”
“I’m kinda proud of Salley… for kinda speaking her mind,” Austen said.
He explained that he often chooses to stay quiet and take the high road, but acknowledged that sometimes you have to defend yourself.
“Salley is well within her right to respond to something,” he added.
Fans will remember Salley joking on Southern Charm that she’d gladly be next in line if Austen ever broke up with his long distance girlfriend, Audrey.
Austen confirmed on WWHL that nothing has happened between him and Salley despite him breaking up with Audrey.
But, he did tease fans to keep watching.
