Ariana Madix’s ties to Tom Sandoval are lessening by the day.
The former Vanderpump Rules star was photographed by TMZ moving the remainder of her belongings out of their shared Los Angeles home, with movers wheeling out what appeared to be wardrobe boxes.
Tom and Ariana both had their claws deep in the Valley Village property, each believing they had the stronger claim to stay.
Many fans grew tired of watching this stalemate storyline play out.
However, back in January, Page Six reported that the exes reached a conditional settlement in the lawsuit Ariana filed in January 2024, when she sought to force the sale of their shared home.
The exact terms of the agreement remain unclear.
Court documents state that certain unspecified conditions must be satisfied before the case can be officially dismissed.
At the time, both parties were expected to reconvene on Feb. 5 for a final status conference.
The filing also noted that if Sandoval failed to uphold his end of the settlement, the case would proceed to trial on Feb. 17.
Progress has clearly been made and peace is almost restored in Valley Village.
