Shawn Trujillo – the husband of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Angie Katsanevas – called out the “nonsense” around the online chatter regarding his political affiliation.
The hairdresser/co-Founder of Lunatic Fringe Salons told Reality Shrine that following Joe Rogan, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Senator John Kennedy, UFC’s Dana White, Lara Trump, Erika Kirk, and the late Charlie Kirk doesn’t make him MAGA.
Riding the fence:
Shawn, a self-proclaimed centrist, claims he is “not far right” despite following several MAGA influencers. In fact, he thinks it’s “nonsense.”
“I gather info. Both right and left, but for some reason, they only pick up on the right. Everything that is being talked about is all based on assumptions.”
“None of these people bring up the fact that I follow CNN and Anderson Cooper or Van Jones. Add Bill Maher.”
“This Andrew Tate business is crazy. I didn’t even know who he was. But as a car enthusiast, I started following him based on automobiles.”
Lavender:
Shawn says he has “tremendous support for the LGBTQIA+ community and the ability to have every right we all have.”
“My biggest challenge,” Shawn continued, “is that everyone thinks they should think like them or get canceled. It’s bananas.”
“I have many friends with different beliefs. I always have love and respect for my friends regardless of political or religious beliefs. If I hit a like on a friend’s post, it is to be supportive of a friend – not necessarily with the content.”
