Amanda Batula is finally addressing the noise and confirming she’s not dodging the reunion.
The Summer House star shared her first statement since co-announcing her relationship with West Wilson, apologizing to those impacted while also explaining her recent absence.
“I’ve obviously been MIA, but I wanted to come back on and say that I’m truly sorry to everyone I’ve disappointed and hurt,” she wrote via IG Story on April 10.
“Especially those I know personally who I’ve reached out to individually.”
While West took a very brief social media break amid the hookup fallout, he’s already back to posting like nothing ever happened.
Amanda, on the other hand, says she’s trying to return to some sense of normalcy for her mental health.
“For the sake of my mental health, I’m going to try to start living life with some sense of normalcy,” she shared, adding that despite being back online or out and about, she’s still very much affected.
“Please know that this still weighs very heavily on me. I’m not ignoring what’s happened or what’s unfolded.”
And in case there was any question — Amanda confirmed she will be at the Summer House Season 10 reunion.
She said she’ll be “addressing any and all questions honestly and directly there.”
