Season 32 Dancing With the Stars finalist, Alyson Hannigan, looks and feels lighter as a result of her time on ABC’s competition show.
The American Pie icon took to social media to thank her DWTS partner, Sasha Farber, for helping her lose not only physical weight, but “emotional baggage” as well.
“The before and after says it all,” began the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star.
“I lost 20 pounds of both weight and emotional baggage during my time on” DWTS.
“I can’t thank @sashafarber1 enough for helping me shed my insecurities and getting me to the confident and strong place I am today!”
