Former Real Housewives of Orange County personality Alexis Bellino clapped back at a video Dr. Jen Armstrong made about her cosmetic work almost a year ago.
Alexis took to her Instagram story to clap back at the one-season RHOC star’s claims about her face.

In early 2025, Dr. Jen Armstrong posted a video regarding the work Alexis has undergone, insinuating her sinus surgery was really cosmetic.
How it’s going:
45 weeks after Dr. Jen posted her video, Alexis reposted it to her Instagram story with the following message. “This ‘Dr.’ knows nothing about my surgery.”
“I’ve NEVER had fillers. Botox, yes. BUT DO NOT BELIEVE HER!!!!”
“DM me if you want to know the truth. I will give you all the records.”
“I’m sorry I was used for her gain, but she is falsely giving you information, so I would never allow her to touch my face, hands, foot, hair … NOTHING!!!!”
Alexis spoke about the cosmetic work she’s received last month:

“I’ve told all my daughters, there’s no boob jobs happening. Stay true, keep yourself, no plastic surgery.”
Alexis shared that she got her first implants at just 21, even going into credit card debt and working three jobs to pay for them. Her regret stems not just from the pressure she felt to conform, but from the physical toll. A capsular contracture and a ruptured implant left her dealing with painful complications years later.
She explained that growing up, she was teased for having small “pancake” boobs, which fueled her decision to alter her body so young. “If I help one child, I’ve done my work on Earth,” she wrote, hoping her transparency can prevent others from making the same choice for the wrong reasons.
