Alexis Bellino is reflecting on one of her biggest beauty decisions!
The former Real Housewives of Orange County star took to Instagram with a candid message about the regret that came with her breast implants, admitting she’s undergone “four or five” augmentation surgeries over the years.
However, her advice now?
“Don’t get anything done,” Alexis said.
“I’ve told all my daughters, there’s no boob jobs happening. Stay true, keep yourself, no plastic surgery.”
Alexis, who’s approaching 50, shared that she got her first implants at just 21 — going into credit card debt and working three jobs to pay for them.
Her regret stems not just from the pressure she felt to conform, but from the physical toll.
A capsular contracture and a ruptured implant left her dealing with painful complications years later.
She explained that growing up, she was teased for having small “pancake” boobs, which fueled her decision to alter her body so young.
“If I help one child, I’ve done my work on Earth,” she wrote, hoping her transparency can prevent others from making the same choice for the wrong reasons.
Alexis even poked fun at her infamous Season 7 nickname courtesy of Tamra Judge:
“I’m now 450cc instead of 700cc, so YAY. I can breathe. Jesus Jugs is now back to Jesus Barbie… unless someone can be more creative with a new name.”
