Victoria Lee Robinson was denied a domestic violence restraining order against her ex, Vanderpump Rules alum, Tom Sandoval.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Victoria’s request was denied because of Tom’s filing against her. A properly noticed hearing is required for Tom before Victoria’s petition is granted. The decision comes four days after Victoria filed the request.
His side:
Sandoval’s team declared, “It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied. The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night, including footage showing Victoria punching Tom in the face.”
“During their 2½-year relationship, Tom has made it clear he never physically harmed Victoria. Instead, he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior. He will show he was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse, and has substantial evidence documenting what he endured, which will be presented through the legal process.”
Her side:
Victoria claimed that Tom routinely physically and verbally abused her. Tom is guilty of allegedly “shoving me down a flight of stairs in his home, pushing me to the ground at a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, while visiting my terminally ill grandfather.”
“I am fearful of my own wellbeing and the wellbeing of my father, who has also been the victim of [Sandoval’s] verbal and physical abuse, resulting in injuries requiring medical intervention to address.”
Victoria recounted the events of June 3, claiming that Sandoval engaged in a “loud and erratic” argument with her father, J. Will Robinson. She recorded the altercation on her phone out of fear for her and her father. Allegedly, Sandoval threatened to use a “handgun, two swords, and a knife” during the June 3 altercation.
In the filing, Victoria requested that the restraining order protect her father. “Based on this incident, as well as Mr. Sandoval’s previous physical and verbal attacks on me, I am scared that Mr. Sandoval will attempt to further injure my father in the future.” Victoria cited instances of abuse that allegedly took place on May 14 and 15, 2026, and Aug. 30, 2025.
Victoria claimed that on Aug. 30, 2025, Sandoval “shoved” her down stairs after a “verbal disagreement.” She claimed that she called the police and reported the incident, but upon learning Sandoval would be arrested and criminally charged, she recanted her statement. “In hindsight, I regret this decision as the criminal prosecution of [Sandoval] may have prevented the subsequent abuse I endured at [his] hands.”
