Vanderpump Rules alum Stassi Schroeder revealed that she and Katie Maloney “had a falling out for years.”
In a new interview with Marie Claire, the House of Stassi star dished that “No one knows” what really went down between the on-again/off-again (on-again) friends.
Growing Pains:
The Bravolebrity-turned-Hulu star explained where she stands with Katie. “Now we’re rebuilding our friendship after growing in two completely different directions.”
Stassi said her new eponymous show will dive deeper into her complicated dynamic with the Something About Her sandwich shop co-owner.
“I don’t see TV shows out there that explore how when you get to a certain age and you all choose different paths in life, how that affects your friendships and then how you come back together,” teased Stassi, who shares two kids with Beau Clark.
Your friends here at Taste of Reality spotted Beau, with Stassi’s besties – ‘The Taylors,’ Katie Maloney, and her boyfriend, all sitting together as Stassi introduced her new show at Hulu’s Get Real event. (We LOVE to see the girlies getting along!)
What to expect from House of Stassi:
Stassi told Neha Prakash that fans they will see a new side of her. Her iconic “it’s my f*cking birthday” and “I am the devil and don’t you forget it” era is over.
“The last time people saw me, I was this crazy girl crashing out, dark passengering. I work really hard. I try really hard, and I’m constantly trying to build the most for my family, and I’m proud of what I’ve done in the last five years.”
Stassi admitted, “I still crash out. It just looks different.” With that said, Stassi’s undergone major personal growth. “There is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about the canceling,” she told the magazine. “I will live with this for the rest of my life.”
“If I were still in Vanderpump Rules, I’d probably be the same person,” she added. “This time away from reality TV has shaped who I am now.”
House of Stassi premieres July 29 on Hulu.
