Dina Manzo aired her family’s dirty laundry on the internet … and we love her for it.
Thick as thieves?
The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star slid into the comment section of an Instagram post to give insight into her current relationship status with her sister, Caroline Manzo. A RHONJ fan quoted Caroline in her message. “Let me tell you about my family………… We are thick as thieves!” The post continued, “That DID NOT age well.”
Dina was activated enough to reply to the social media user. “No, it did not [age well].” Like any well-versed Bravoholic, the fan asked a follow up question. “Has your sister apologized? I hope so ❤️.” Dina replied with one word … One syllable … Four letters. “Nope.”
Never forget, Caroline wrote a letter to support her brother-in-law (Caroline and Dina are sisters who married brothers) after he assaulted Dina’s then-boyfriend. Understandably, the sisters’ relationship remains fractured.

Dina’s ex-husband, Thomas Manzo, was found “guilty of conspiracy, falsifying and concealing documents, and committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering activity.” According to the AP News, Thomas “was convicted on charges he hired a reputed mobster to assault the woman’s boyfriend in exchange for a free, lavish wedding reception.” He faces up to 46 years in prison when he’s sentenced in October.
NorthJersey.com reported, “The Franklin Lakes resident and owner of The Brownstone banquet hall in Paterson, had been on trial for the past two and a half weeks for directing an alleged mafia member to assault the then boyfriend of his former wife, Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Dina Cantin.”
Thomas Manzo “hired John Perna — whom they described as a soldier in the Lucchese Crime Family — to commit a July 2015 attack. Perna’s wedding reception was held the following month at a restaurant in Paterson partly owned by Manzo, prosecutors said.”
Bravo TV fans react to Caroline’s non-apology to Dina:
- That’s all fine and good but if anyone thinks Dina was married to him for all those years and knew nothing of his dealings, they’re fooling themselves.

- Caroline can go to lowest point of hell and then crawl under it
- Let’s be real. I’m sure the mob threatened to k!ll Caroline if she didn’t write that letter.
