The Mormon Mama drama is moving west!
Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County is bringing a new group of women to reality TV, and the first trailer promises plenty of friendship drama, complicated relationships, and conversations about faith.
Following the success of Hulu’s SLOMW, the upcoming spinoff introduces viewers to a new group of women navigating life, relationships, and their connections to the Mormon church in Orange County, California.
The new cast includes Bobbi Althoff, Aspyn Ovard, Ashleigh Pease, Avery Woods, Salomé Andrea, Jordan McClanahan, Madison Bontempo, and McCall DaPron, the sister of original cast member Mayci Neeley.
They’ll also be joined by OG cast member Jen Affleck, who is ready to introduce viewers to her new surroundings. “I’m so excited for everyone to finally meet these women and get a glimpse into our lives in Orange County!” Jen told PEOPLE.
She added that getting to know the women on a deeper level has been a special experience. According to Jen, each woman brings her own story and personality to the group. While the original cast has its own history, she teased that the Orange County women have a different energy, friendships, and group dynamic.
Of course, that doesn’t mean the new series will be short on chaos. Jen promised plenty of “love, laughter, and of course a little chaos along the way!”
