Shep Rose excited his high school friend, Teddi Mellencamp, with the gift of a Megalodon necklace … unlike his last two recipients of tooth jewelry.
To Teddi’s delight, the Southern Charm star sent the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum his signature gift.

“I may be tired, I may have overslept, but I’m getting things together. Look what arrived in the mail …. a Megalodon!”
“I’m about to dress my entire outfit around this tooth that I got from Shepherd Rose. I don’t know how I’m going to carry it on into my daily life, but THIS is everything. It’s five to seven pounds.”
She sang, “Megaldon, heal me!” amid her battle with stage 4 cancer.

Teddi and Shep’s friendship history:
The now-Bravolebrities grew up together in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and went to high school together.
Last month, Shep and Teddi had lunch together in Encino. The friends have clarified that their relationship is strictly platonic. Teddi joked that she is one of the only people in Hilton Head who didn’t kiss Shep.
