Tom Sandoval pissed off Schwartz & Sandy’s primary owner Greg Morris … again. The restauranteur commented on a social media post about Tom’s asinine lawsuit against Ariana Madix.
The restaurant continues to suffer because of Sandoval:
Lisa Vanderpump‘s colleague – who collaborated with Sandoval and Tom Schwartz on their first restaurant venture without LVP – chimed into the conversation about the lawsuit. “Imagine being poor Greg and just trying to run a bar, while Tom Sandoval is actively lowering the bar in so many ways, like suing your ex for finding out you were cheating…🤡🤡🤡.
Greg chimed in from the restaurant’s Instagram page, “I’m not thrilled. 🤬”
Another Vanderpump Rules fan checked the comments of Schwartz & Sandy’s Instagram page … which has since been deactivated. “They took down the comments. [Greg] responded to my post. He said “they weren’t given any warning” about the lawsuit. The social media user noted he used “the same angry face emoji.”
Bravo TV react:
- I regularly think about how fucking annoyed Greg must be. Definitely did not know what he was getting into.
- Except Greg knew who the Toms were before going into business with them. They treated women like sh*t for a decade on TV before he worked with them. No sympathy for Greg, but people should also not be mean to people actually working at these establishments.
- I feel bad for Greg and all the employees that didn’t ask for this.
- It’s time for Ariana to countersue for all attorneys fees asap and frivolous shit
- Seriously every time I think that vile little boy can’t sink any lower, here he comes “hold my beer”
For the record, I had a really good experience at Schwartz & Sandy’s a couple months ago.

News dropped that Sandoval is suing the woman he cheated on for six months … in her home … with her friend. Court documents obtained by Us Weekly claim Ariana “obtained access” to Tom’s phone on March 1, 2023 … better known as the day Scandoval hit the zeitgeist.
Tom is suing Ariana because she reviewed videos of her ex and his side piece without his “authorization or permission.” The karaoke enthusiast alleged the Love Island USA host “made copies” of the video he illegally took of Rachel masturbating. Tom said Ariana distributed the video to “Leviss and third parties.”
For the record, court documents state Ariana’s legal team was forthright in handing her phone over to the court as evidence as requested. She’s maintained no one saw the video besides her, Tom, and Rachel (who was filmed without Tom’s consent).
