Scheana Shay called out Tom Sandoval‘s lack of accountability for filing a lawsuit against Ariana Madix. Sandoval had his lawyer retract the suit, but he was still fired. Tom claimed he didn’t know what he was signing when he took legal action against his former life partner he cheated on.
It’s NOT happening for Scheana and Tom’s friendship:
The Vanderpump Rules OG slammed her seemingly former friend. Tom, “Once again, brought a bag of shit to Ariana’s doorstep.” While Scheana is “glad he has now done the right thing,” Summer Moon’s mom knows Tom’s motivations were performative.
Sandoval dropped the case “out of public pressure.” Scheana tried to figure out The Traitors season 3 competitor, but couldn’t comprehend his thought process. “This lawsuit comes out. Everyone reacts. I don’t know what reaction [he thought he was going to get], but it’s not the reaction he was hoping for. I don’t get it.”
‘A’ is for accountability:
“And, what’s missing in his Instagram post was accountability. Still missing the accountability. There’s always a ‘but,’ [and] there’s always someone to blame.” The Bravo TV personality continued to go off.
“You are now 42. I don’t get it. It’s long past time to take responsibility. You can’t just blame your lawyer and say you didn’t know what was going on. You don’t sue people accidentally. I’ll say that. There’s paperwork involved.” Scheana broke down that there was no way this was an “oops” moment for Tom. “Come on. You’re not that dumb … Clearly, you are,” mumbled Scheana about her VPR co-star. “Your incompetence, once again, has just brought a bag of shit to Ariana’s doorstep.”

Days before Tom filed a lawsuit against the season 6 Love Island USA host, he and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, went on Instagram Live. The utterly chaotic video, which was filmed at 4am, prompted his followers to ask how a man his age can stay up to 4am partying.
Victoria assured their followers, “No, we’re not on shrooms.” Annoyed, she asked, “Can we not be up late and not be on something? Can we just drink?”
The model told the chat, “Relax, guys. We’re normal people just like you guys.” Tom jumped in to add, “We go out and we wear wigs.” Victoria answered another fan who commented on their 4am state. “No, we’re not…” Tom continued, “We’re not high.” Victoria requested people “Stop with those questions. We drank tonight, we did. That’s fine.” Tom’s girlfriend asked people to be nice in the comments. “Like, seriously.”
