The Valley: Persian Style star Reza Farahan spilled the tea regarding Jill Zarin‘s reaction to news of Real Housewives of New York Legacy never making it to air.
Reza revealed some of the skeletons in Jill’s closet since being fired from E’s The Golden Life. That includes Jill being “proud,” according to Reza, “to be responsible for the show’s demise.
Reza came with receipts:
When Reza and Jill filmed the Amazon Freevee reality series The GOAT in 2024, Jill bragged to him about the RHONY Legacy show’s failure. “We were standing in the doorway about to do a competition,” recalled Reza. “Jill said, ‘You know that show fell apart because of me.’”
ICYMI, Bravo rebooted “RHONY” in 2023 with an all-new cast as the network announced a second show called ‘RHONY: Legacy.’ The Legacy show would feature OG stars, whereas the reboot would feature new women. Unfortunately, only 50% of the plan came to fruition.
RHONY: Legacy ended up as a single season of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” allegedly due to failed contract negotiations.
The Shahs of Sunset alum claimed Zarin told him she wanted the same amount of money as Luann de Lesseps. Bravo allegedly told Jill she “didn’t deserve it” as Lu did. Therefore, Jill allegedly said she was “proud the show had fallen apart.” She had “put her foot down and was demanding money.”
However, back in 2023, Zarin told Page Six that she had nothing to do with “RHONY: Legacy” falling apart. “Legacy’ didn’t happen because it just wasn’t meant to happen, that’s the truth. It has nothing to do with me. It has to do with the producers and what they decided to do. I don’t really know.”
