Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley didn’t find Amanda Frances‘ comment about buying the Kemsley home [that’s in foreclosure] amusing.
How it started:
The RHOBH star mentioned on The Viall Files that she has thought about buying Dorit Kemsley’s home, which is currently facing foreclosure.
“I mean, sometimes I consider buying it,” Amanda said on the June 3 episode.
“If it wasn’t so pigeonholed into this one specific style and I thought I could have an easier time renovating it into something that would make us money, I think I would absolutely consider buying it.”
How it’s going:
In an interview with Evan and Danny from Page Six, “If she wants to hold on to some negativity, she can.”
“However, I don’t think that b*tch is going to buy my house anytime soon.”
ICYMI:
Dorit’s estranged husband, PK Kemsley, purchased their six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Encino mansion for $6.475 million in August 2019.
As we learned on RHOBH, Dorit claims she was “blindsided” and unaware the mortgage wasn’t being paid, as PK handled the household finances.
However, PK alleges Dorit spent nearly $1 million on glam while the home’s financial troubles escalated. In fact, PK accused Dorit of dragging her feet when it came to selling the property.
Dorit’s legal team fired back. They claimed there is no “real risk of foreclosure,” claiming PK is using the threat as a divorce tactic.
