Porsha Williams‘s separation from Simon Guobadiaย is getting messier by the second … it even involves the rapper, Future. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star must answer questions under oath in her upcoming divorce proceedings. Simon’s ‘bottom line’ is the bottom line. An article from In Touch Weekly reveals Simon’s legal demands of his estranged wife boil down to her intent to marry and his coin.
Requests:
Simon asked the RHOAย star “to admit or deny that their prenup was unfair and unreasonable.” Also, he asked her to admit or deny that she โmarried the Respondent for his moneyโ while under oath.ย Additionally, he asked theย Bravo TV personality “to admit or deny she filed for divorce without telling him, whether she cheated on him during the marriage, or whether she was sexually intimate with another person during their union. He asked Porsha to admit or deny that she was never in love with him. Simon also asked Porsha to answer, ‘What was your understanding of the reasons why your Husband paid you a five-figure monthly allowance during the marriage?’โ
Does Porsha have a past with Future?
Porsha was asked to detail the โnature of [her] relationshipโ with a man named Kelvin, her ex Dennis McKinney, and another man named Jonathan.”ย Simon also requested Porsha, โExplain the nature of your relationship with Nayvadius DeMun Cash (professionally known as Future).โ While Simon didn’t elaborate why the rapper was named, a source spilled to In Touch, โPorsha does not know Future.โ
In case you missed Porsha’s prenup drama:
Porsha filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. She demanded the prenuptial agreement they signed before walking down the aisle be enforced. According to the prenup, Simon had to leave the property until the outcome of the divorce.” But, Simon objected the request to vacate the $7 million mansion they shared.” That was until the Porsha was “granted temporary exclusive use of the home.”
It didn’t end there. Simon accused Porsha of having โintentionally and willfully violatedโ the court order by not turning over requested documents. He argued “the prenuptial agreement was not enforceable. Further, the Prenuptial Agreement is not enforceable under the law because it does not meet the criteria for enforcing a Prenuptial Agreement.โ
It’s being argued that since Porsha signedย an agreement with True Entertainment/Bravo/NBC Universal/Truly Original, the agreement needs re-evaluated. Now that Porsha’s “income exceeds millions of dollars,” which “drastically and unexpectedly changed the facts and circumstances and intent of the parties when entering into the prenuptial agreement.โ
The judge hasn’t rule on Simonโs request for sanctions, nor has Porsha responded in court. She has, however, continued filming RHOA amid the legal saga.
